My decision to train with Next Level was based on my own observations while working out with my own trainer in the same gym. I had the opportunity to witness Joe of Next Level showing professionalism, attention to the client's needs, and focused on the job at hand. I have not been disappointed with my decision to work with Next Level.

The results speak for themselves in that I have now dropped three sizes; 20 -14 and I look and feel great. That in itself is a life changing experience. Next Level are also sensitive to keeping the workouts interesting and varied, creating constant challenges.

I started training at Next Level because I saw the results my co-workers were getting and I wanted to get back into shape and become stronger. The reason I chose to train with Next Level was because I was not obtaining the necessary results with the reformer (Pilates).
